John Bielefeldt MIRM

Mr. Bielefeldt specializes in investments, acquisitions and asset management activities for commercial, residential and amenity properties. Prior to joining Crown, he was an executive with several leading developers responsible for sales, marketing, asset development, financing and investor relations. He has consulted to over 400 developers/builders and helped develop market and sell over 100 real estate projects with value exceeding $1.25 Billion. Mr. Bielefeldt has focused on value add--recovery of distressed assets and is considered a expert in sales, lead generation, target marketing, financing and asset management. Mr. Bielefeldt graduated from Cornell University. He is a broker in FL, GA, and SC.

Frank Cirillo

Mr. Cirillo is a experienced builder, developer and construction project manager. Mr. Cirillo has expertise in planning, design, estimating, cost controls, due diligence , project management and all construction operations. Mr. Cirillo has expertise in single family, multifamily and amenity communities from concept to closing. Mr. Cirillo has help build and develop over 2,000 homes in 40+ projects and has previously worked for Centex, K. Hovnanian and Taylor Woodrow and several leading real estate developers. Mr. Cirillo is a licensed general contractor in Florida, and a graduate of the University of Florida in construction management school.

Al DiNicola MIRM, NASD

Mr. DiNicola specializes in the brokerage, marketing and development of commercial and residential properties. He is an Investment Banker (FINRA) and Registered Investment Advisor (NASAA) licensed with Naples AIS, Inc. He specializes in alternative investment strategies, private placement, asset management, and debt restructuring. He has worked with investors and developers representing over $1.5 Billion in sales and development. He is considered an expert in sales, marketing, financing and development of commercial, amenity and residential properties.

Ryan Edmondson

Mr. Edmondson specializes in finance, investments and acquisitions primarily for distressed real estate and debt. His focus is on investor relations, analysis and financial structure. Previously Mr. Edmondson work for PPG in investment analysis and worked internationally on key developments as a project manager. Ryan has a MS in real estate from Columbia University and BS from Penn State University.

Robert Malanga SSMBB

Mr. Malanga specializes in Investment Properties, Hospitality, Commercial, REOs, NPNs and Financing. Formally a Vice President from G.E. Capital Mr. Malanga is a licensed Realtor in Florida and New York and has a sales portfolio exceeding $2 billion. Mr. Malanga is a graduate from Princeton and Stony Brook Universities and is currently using his Six Sigma Analytical skills in determining the optimum properties to offer to his Investors.

Mark Partin

Mr. Partin is considered a expert in investment sales, project marketing, and international buyers with a focus on value add US opportunities and value driven real estate. Previously Mr. Partin was an senior executive with Interwest/Playgrounds and has helped develop and market over 200 projects worldwide valued at over $2 Billion. Current focus is on investor relations, value add investments and bank workouts. Mr. Partin is affiliated with Sotheby’s international and brings international capital relationships.
